This recruiting video was produced under a blank brief — I was suddenly handed raw footage from multiple locations, with no direction on messaging. My role: sift through hours of disparate clips, craft a narrative arc, and deliver a coherent, compelling piece that aligned with recruiting goals. It’s a strong example of turning unstructured raw footage into branded storytelling through editorial voice and visual selection.
